• Initial site audit
• Regular site visits to carry out routine maintenance & system backup
• 1st line telephone, email & remote access support
• 2nd line on-site support (8 hour response)
• Support charges from £41 per quarter per PC
• No additional callout charge

Alternatively, we can offer competitive hourly / daily rates for ad hoc maintenance, support and troubleshooting with a prompt and reliable service.
